Smoke smell
The room is clean and comfy. The staff are friendly and near to all food shops ferry and market. Highly recommended!!!
Nothing for me is everything just fine.
Free parking. Good location.
Breakfast is very basic.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was spacious, overall room cleanliness was ok and breakfast was basic but it was ok.
Bedsheet was so so worn out, it was so thin I can clearly see the mattress fabric. The lints were so obvious I couldn't sleep on it because it caused itchiness. I had to sleep on the blanket which halfway down I also used it as blanket to cover ourselves.Toilet floor didn't have any divider so when we showered the whole floor was wet from one end to the other. There were blockage so water didn't flow down fast enough. Worse part is when the water from sink went down, somehow water from the floor overflowed. We had to call maintenance. Good thing everything was ok after that.Breakfast didn't come with hot drinks, just bottled water. The last thing I found inconvenient was all the power points was placed in 1 side of the wall where the tv is. No power points on the bed side area. 2 out of 3 of it were behind the tv (1 for the tv) which it hard to plug in as I had long (pointing outward) charger head. The location of the power points could have been better placed on the opposite side where the bed head is.
Position not to close to the harbour.
Breakfast is essentially a box with noodles and eggs. Fornitures needs to be revised. Receptionists should be more friendly.
Clean. Neat and tidy.
Air cond not cold enough
price,location
smell not good
Staff was helpful and on time when we needed help, there is breakfast in package so it’s easy for us to take to go on the trip
From the picture it looks decent compared to other local hotel options. However the reality falls behind our expectations. After checking in, the room card was a wrong one, communicated for over 20mins and we got a new card to a new room, then AC didn’t work, room phone didn’t work, even the toilet didn’t flush, the floor wasn’t clean and covered with hair, so we demanded to change to another room, which took another hour to get us the final room. The room has terrible noisy proof, you basically can hear another party next door. Air is humid in the hallway. Not recommending for this trip, hostel stay was better than this.
very friendly staff.Facilities at a reasonable price.Restaurants near.
Nice for family, parking for guest also good.
Cleanliness at room.
In the middle of the town
Only one pillow for each bed . I used to sleep with two or more pillows.
very good receptionist especially that malay girl with hijab and spectacle . 5⭐️ for her.
No choice for breakfast. only Fried noodle & RAW Fried rice with tasteless .
close to centre
wet and smelly bathroom
Spacious room
Unfriendly staff, lousy breakfast and TV connection horrible...better not to hv tv
Location, big room.
Neither of my devices had connected to WiFi anywhere in the hotel.
Spacious room, clean, bright, very comfortable king size bed. We got the "half sea view room" and it was perfect!
The breakfast was so-so. And need to pay for hot water at the cafe.
